H&S processes and policies

For those returning to work after illness or injury, tailored assessments ensure safe reintegration into the workplace.
Health and Safety Field Work Pack: A detailed risk management system is employed during on-site activities, covering risk assessments, emergency response plans, PPE requirements, and daily prestart checklists. This ensures preparedness for various site conditions and emergencies.
Feedback Mechanisms: Employees can report observations, hazards, or improvement suggestions through structured feedback forms. This encourages ongoing dialogue and continuous improvement in our health, safety, and environmental practices.
Training and Certification: All employees are trained through Site Safe certification and are provided with resources to enhance their understanding of health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance and active participation.
